Criminal responsibility is my tenth book about the correct identification, interpretation and application of the laws of this planet. The constitution defines crime as the misuse of supernatural powers and senses by the uncivilized to harm mentally or physically the civilized and to breach the peace in a civilized society.To establish criminal intent the person or persons must have supernatural powers and senses. The point is to make sure that the uncivilized do not benefit from lawlessness.
