The topic of restriction of polyexistentials and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWestern IPR are one and the same. Yet, the concept of polyexistentials has not\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eappeared in prior discussions of this topic. This is the very first time that\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe concept and the word \"polyexistetials\" are being introduced.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eKnowledge, know-how, uses of know-how, ideas and information are inherently\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003enon-scarce. They are polyexistentials. Unlike monoexistentials which exist in\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003esingular, polyexistentials naturally exist in multiples and are inherently not\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003escarce. What is abundant in nature is being made artificially scarce through\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eman-made ownership rules called copyright and patents. These ownership rules\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethen permit a certain group which usually take the form of corporations to\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eeconomically profit from these unnatural and economically motivated artificial\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003escarcities. The model of polyexistence makes it easy to demonstrate that the\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003econcept of Intellectual Property is invalid. This proof is based on logic that\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eis rooted in nature of existence and nature of possession and the requirement\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efor ownership to be in harmony with nature of possession and existence.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHaving rejected the Western IPR regime as an erroneous model for govenrnance of\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epolyexistentials, we introduce the Libre-Halaal model of governance of\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epolyexistentials towards facilitating conviviality of tools. We then focus on\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe digital world and introduce the The Libre-Halaal By* (ByStar) Digital\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEcosystem, as a moral alternative to the existing proprietary American digital\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eecosystem.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEquipped with a multidisciplinary blueprint, we offer our initial\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eimplementation of the ByStar digital ecosystem as a starting point towards\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003econcrete solutions.
