He also serves as the faculty liaison for the master of business administration programs in the Doermer School of Business. He has a BA from Temple University and a JD from The Penn State University-Dickinson School of Law, and holds an Indiana law license.\u003cbr\u003e In addition to having published articles in peer-reviewed journals, Kauffman is the author of Legal Ethics (through the third edition); is a coauthor of Legal Terminology; and is a contributing author for two other buisness law texts. He also is the author of the Movie Guide for Legal Studies, a pedagogical book for legal professors who want to utilize film scenes in their teaching or assignments.
