Thekiso Molokwane is extraordinary professor of public administration at North-West University and senior lecturer of public administration in the Department of Political and Administrative Studies at the University of Botswana.
Muhiya Tshombe Lukamba is professor of public management and administration at North-West University.
Alex Nduhura is senior lecturer of business and public management in the Department of Procurement, Logistics and Marketing in the School of Business and Management at the Uganda Management Institute.
Innocent Nuwagaba is procurement consultant at the East and Southern African Management Institute.
