Wells Fargo customer service

Every time I speak to a Wells Fargo agent, I am thoroughly pleased. Whether it be at our local branch, or at the customer service hotline, they are always amiable and very helpful. I recently had an issue with a bill pay being sent late by Wells Fargo, and the agent I spoke with was great about contacting our leasing office to inform them that the mistake was on their end and they handled the charges that came along with the mistake. She also kept me very informed on what was going on. I couldn't have left that situation happier.
