Author Biography

The Executive Editor, Kendal H. Tyre, Jr., is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Nixon Peabody LLP and the Executive Director of LexNoir Foundation. Mr. Tyre has negotiated international franchise agreements in dozens of countries and has written numerous legal and business articles on franchising that have been published worldwide. Contributing Authors include Mr. Divine K.D. Letsa and Ms. Elizabeth Ashun. Mr. Letsa is a partner at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah in Accra, Ghana. He joined the firm in 1990 and currently leads the its Construction, Infrastructure & Transportation practice group. Ms. Ashun is a Foreign Associate at the firm who relocated to Ghana from the United Kingdom in April 2013.
