Author Biography

The Executive Editor, Kendal H. Tyre, Jr., is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Nixon Peabody LLP and the Executive Director of LexNoir Foundation. Mr. Tyre has negotiated international franchise agreements in dozens of countries and has written numerous legal and business articles on franchising that have been published worldwide. The Contributing Authors include Theo Emuwa and Tiwalola Okeyinka of Aelex, who are based in Lagos, Nigeria. Mr. Emuwa is a partner at Aelex and currently focuses his practice on commercial law matters. Ms. Okeyinka is an associate at the firm.
