Author Biography

The Executive Editor, Kendal H. Tyre, Jr., is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Nixon Peabody LLP and the Executive Director of LexNoir Foundation. Mr. Tyre has negotiated international franchise agreements in dozens of countries and has written numerous legal and business articles on franchising that have been published worldwide. Contributing Authors include Ms. Nellie Tiyago-Jinjika. Ms. Tiyago-Jinjika is a partner at Scanlen & Holderness. Over the years, she has specialized in corporate and commercial law.
