Author Biography
Douglas Spoors is an attorney/mediator. He has mediated disputes involving employment claims, family law, real estate, landlord/tenant, and debtor/creditor issues. He has negotiated international agreements with parties in Europe, Thailand, Singapore, the Philippines, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. He received his J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law and his L.LM. in Transnational Business Practice in a joint program with the McGeorge School of Law and the University of Salzburg, Austria. He received his mediation training from the Loyola Law School, his Certificate in Transformative Mediation from Dan Simon Mediation, a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School, and a Certificate in Neuro Design Engineering from the Academy of Wealth and Achievement.
