Vivian Hoard is a tax partner with Taylor English Duma LLP in Atlanta, GA. She solves complex tax controversy issues for both individual and business clients and has successfully represented individuals, businesses and their owners, publicly traded companies, professional athletes and their agents, entertainers, lawyers and accountants. Ms. Hoard received her LLM in Taxation from Emory University School of Law and her JD from The University of Georgia School of Law. She is a member of the Georgia Bar and admitted to appear before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the North District of Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court.
