Bad experience with BPL

I was using a mobile prepaid connection of BPL and i had to go to some place so i didnt use it for few days... It had 800 rs balance but when i came back after few days i was told that this balance has been reduced to nil as i didnt recharge it. i tried to complain but nobody was ready to listen. Another problem with BPL is that i have seen BPL as the only co. in which customer has to pay to the company for talking to a customer care official who is anywayz very rude...
