I spent 4 years of my life as a dedicated employee of this company trying to abide by their rules and play the corporate game. I really feel like I learned a lot about technology from the experience. The environment encouraged knowledge, but didn't reward being "a subject matter expert". Comcast provides lots of benefits and tools to help their employees navigate the bumps in life, but sometimes policy is policy, regardless of dedication or circumstance.
