I just wanted to post and say if you haven't shopped at a Publix before, then you should. The customer service at Publix stores is usually good and reliable. I have been to other supermarkets and I sincerely hate having to wait on the checkout person to also bag the order. Publix almost always has enough front end staff to bag your order while it is procesesd. Not only that but they also do bonus buys where certain items that I actually like to buy are marked down2 for 1 or buy 1 get 1, not to mention that you don't have to bring a silly card or have them "track" your purchases to figure out what customers actually want. We want good food choices and reasonable prices and service so we can get out of the store already!
