Employee satisfaction is one of the major buzz words these days. Whatever, the results of employee satisfaction surveys may be I still believe that these employee satisfaction surveys are actually influenced by employers. Even though there are lots and lots of dissatisfaction the survey results would always portray the positive sides of the results. No one actually bothers to listen to the pain and real life problems of an employee. I would appreciate if anyone can tell me what other ways are available to us to actually boost the morale of an employee, instead of having stupid employee satisfaction surveys.
