Fedex Kinkos

I went to Fedex Kinkos to pickup a 40 page printout I just submitted online early one Saturday morning. I called them and asked if I could pick it up. They said OK, but when I got there, the individual behind the counter said something odd to me considering the store was almost empty of customers. She said completely seriously, "The next time you need a rush job we will have to charge you more." I stared at her blankly shocked she would indicate to me that I was somehow rushing her or bothering her. So she repeated herself over and over. I noticed my job was wrong. They reprinted it which took about 20 seconds. I told the lady, "I am sorry I inconvenienced you with my business." I collected my twice reprinted job and left. Now I know if you intend to pick up a teeny tiny copy job from Kinkos, then you had better give them a few days or else they will charge you an express fee for bothering them with your nasty money.
