My husband sells items on Ebay frequently, and since I am home I often end up shipping them. This can be a problem when you have four children. This particular time I needed to mail 4 large boxes containing wheels. I pulled into the Fedex Kinkos parking lot and asked if one of the employees could come out and help me. The assistant manager came out himself. He brought all of the forms I needed to fill out to my car for me. I was able to fill everything out in the parking lot and give him credit card to run in the store. I didn't have to unbuckle a single child from the car and left with a receipt and tracking numbers. I was very pleased with the service and have since returned to mail Christmas packages.
