I worked in several positions in and arround the gaming environment from the day the casino portion opened. It was very interesting to see how they formed not only a gaming commision, but also a tribal court system to handle both employee and customer disputes.
The relationship with OSHA and the IRS has improved greatly over the years. The hotel staff has one of the highest satisfaction rates in the industry now that the processes have been ironed out and unions continue to threaten management with orgnaization.
Health care is generous and perscription coverage is vast. The conditions are far better then counterparts in Atlantic City or Vegas both for customers and employees.
