Being someone who was a waitress for many years I do have high expectations on what I consider good service. Is it a bit snotty of me? Yes maybe but I know what I like. My husband and I walked into our local Ruby Tuesdays last week even though we had been there before and the service was horrible. All the other places in town had a wait time and we were hungry right then. After being seated we were greated by a really nice young man named Nick. He was a great salesmen and even talked my stuffy husband into a drink! We ordered an appetizer and sipped our drinks, they were yummy by the way. Nick comes back sits the appetizer down and makes small talk. My husband who is feeling a bit tipsy (he never drinks) invites Nick to sit down and they talk sports. To make a long story short we had a great meal, good drinks and a wonderful waiter! Nick was great conversation for my husband and entertained me also. If we ever venture into that Ruby Tuesday's again we will ask for Nick!
