When we purchased our 2002 Jeep about a year ago, I exspected to go to the dealership and have to nickel and dime everything and practically beg for the carfax report.
What I got was so much more than I exspected. Everyone was nice, not only answering questions but offering information about the vehicle. The carfax report was handed to us without asking. They shopped around for us to get the lowest finance rate.
One of the things that most impressed me is that they checked the car for recalls while they where detailing it, they did find one and made sure it was fixed. It actually required some work and to make up for us having to wait for the Jeep they gave us a brand new one to drive, and a gas card to fill it with.
Overall it was by far the best exsperience buying a car we ever had and now a year later it is still running great. I will go back when the time comes for a new one.
