Wrongful Termination at a church

I am a pastor who was suddenly terminated from my church yesterday. The only reason given for my termination was basically a staff chemistry issue. The church is one of the top ten largest churches in the nation. I had signed a work agreement that stated it was 'at will" employment, BUT just about every other person who have been terminated by this church has been taken through a process: 1) verbal warning 2) written warning. My family relocated for the position. The work agreement contains a 3 month severance package and 3 months of insurance. I believe should receive 6 months pay and insurance through the end of the end of the year when my family can get back on my wife's insurance.
